And when it comes to food, exercise, or your body? That relationship may feel exhausting, consuming, confusing—or all three.

 

You’ve managed. You’ve coped. You’ve kept functioning. But at some point, constantly white-knuckling your way through life starts catching up with you. It spills into relationships, work, confidence, rest, and your ability to actually feel present in your own life.

2 / Intake Appointment

After step 1, we will set up an intake appointment where I will get to know your history and collaborate on goals.

 
3 / Sessions

Based on what we talk about, we will find a time to meet regularly.
